Return policy
There are no refunds. Store credit only.
* You have 7 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
* Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All sale, and sale items are FINAL SALE. To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a credit one time, that item is now final sale.
* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).
* If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
* Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
Bougie & Bossy offers free shipping for orders over $100 via USPS Standard Post to our Mainland U.S. customers. Please Allow 3-5 Business days for processing in addition to Shipping time selected during checkout unless Next Day Expedited shipping was chose. Standard shipping Delivery is between 3-5 Business Days after shipment and Priority Delivery is between 2-3 Business Days after shipment unless expedited shipping was chose during checkout. All Expedited 2 Day Shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday-Friday and have a 1-2 business day processing time in addition to shipping time. Customers outside the United States may be charged additional shipping which may include duties, fees and tax by customs.
